Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
A investor invest Rs.1,500,000/- into the share market through a broker.
The investor loses the amount and now he is asking the broker to return the money.
Is the investor legally entitiled for the amount lost in the share market?
Legally, Is the Broker liable to pay the entire amount back?
Please answer the querry.
