Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I was sent invoice of Rs.1,00,000/- for my purchase and against it i gave part payment cheque of Rs.20,000/- which were bounced.
I had received a summons from the court, which went un-attended by me.
Now, warrant has been issued against me. What should I do next? Can I opt for a bail without remaining present in the court ?
Also, can I settle the matter by paying cheque amount or i need to pay the full invoice amount to settle it ?

No you have to present to be present in the court for cancellation of your warrant. You can speak with the Complainant and accordingly you inform the court of your settlement.
