ipc 156(3) and 498

an accused file a false complaint against his husband and husband's brother in law for ill treatment u/s 504 and 506,and as per police advise she filed a case in dist.jud. court for demanding money and harassment by her husband and his mother ,brother ,brother in law ,sister and sister's married daughters leaving at different locations, under 498, the court demanded report from police u/s 156(3) , can we go for revision,what is best way to go out from this

If you have evidence to establish that complaint is false, consider approaching high court by invoking section 482 cr.p.c. r/w Article 226/227 of constitution.
