Ipc 408 & ipc 420

My friend is charged with ipc 408 & ipc 420 for mishandling money of his employer. He confessed to the crime in the first instance. A colleague of his has also been booked under the same codes and is charged of makiing 10 lakhs whereas my friend has confessed for 1 l and the complany has also accepted it he has paid back the confessed amount within 1 month. But now the police have arrested him and have sent him to judicial custody. What is the scope of him getting out clean as the company says they do not have anything against my friend but also at the same time they do not want the other guy to go scott free. Please advice.

first seek bail from the court and then go for quashing in the high court if the compnay agrees to make statement in your favour. for better advice ph me at 9888067997
