Can IPC 420 can be initiated for a widow who resells-sold once in 1998 on the strenth of original documents. in the year 2011 she files FIR lost original documents and gets DUPLICATE DOCUMENTS. ON THE STRENGTH OF THIS BREAKS OPEN THE LOCK, ENTER AND SELLS IT BY GIVING POSSESSION TO THIRD PARTY

THIS HAPPENS AFTER THE SUPREME COURT JUDGEMENT THAT POWER OF ATTORNEY SALE IS NOT VALID.
