Kindly let know whether above IPC section is bilable or non-bilable.
If bilable what is procedure.

the sections are non bailable. Hire a local lawyer for bail

Some are bailable and some are not. Check Schedule-I to Cr.P.C. with State Amendments.

The offences are non-bailable. The procedure is provided in Criminal Procedure Code.
If advised, the accused may apply for anticipatory / regular bail in appropriate court.
