Ipc 408 & ipc 420..

Sir first of all thank you for replying.. It has also been unearthed that my friend has written a bond and has given 2 blank signed cheques to the employer under force... will these documents be considered legal in this case.... And also pls let us know how much would be the security deposit for getting a bail... the colleague of his got a bail for 40000/- as surity deposit...will the court be a lil relaxed towards my friend becoz he has paid back the money...

You need to bring this issue to the notice of the court. Probably court may be relaxed for your friends case.

Under criminal law, payment of money may be regarded as confession of crime.

If your friend can prove per forced signing of bond and cheques, then those documents will not have any legal value.
