Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I am issue a cheque to a person from my saving a/c dated on 19\09\2009 against payment security, I also write this on back side of cheque (this cheque only for payment security). He supplies to me some batteries but these batteries are defective, so I return these batteries. (Goods come in 2no.) Now he summit the cheque in bank without any notice in month of March 2010 but their is no information in pass book. He files a case on me in section 138. My father name is also wrong in case. My bank sbi, & his bank also sbi . Now what I can do?

you can approach the high court for quashing the summoning order.
