Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I issue a saving a/c cheque to a farm for payment security on date 19 sep 2009,(write this is only for payment security on the back side of cheque)
in the month of march2010 farm summit the cheque without any information & their is no entries in my pass book for cheque bounce . now farm file the case , what i can do?

you can state your facts and show pass book as evidence in the court

you will also have to prove that the cheque was for security and not towards liability
