Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I issued notice through legal adviser under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act for Cheque Dishonoured due to insufficient funds to a firm proprietor. Notice come back with the remarks that prop. of the firm is not available. I come to know that prop. of that firm is out of office knowingly & employee of that firm are running the firm. Prop. of firm will not be available there till expiry period of notice i.e 1 month. Kindly guide proceeding
