Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Hello, in brief, a joint property is in lower court after disposed from high court orders, awaiting orders for sale and/or settlement by 10 share holders. My question is where one of the parties staying in the same house breaks the wall and enters the other side of the house and starts using it for their personal needs, does this come into the penal code of break in entry.

it may...... as he himself is share holder and he may be using his share.
