Favour may be pointed out in evidence or case may be got transferred from that court to other one with the permission of District Judge or High Court, as the case may be.

You may file an application for transfer of the case to the next higher court.

However, you should be extra careful in filing such application; and an allegtion of bias against a judge should be supported by strong evidence, not by just assumptions or 'feelings'.
