whether the judge will go through the statements of the witnesses in the cossexamination beforequestioning under sec313? whether he will persue the documents markedby defence through the prosecution witnesses before 313?

what a judge should do before questioning an accused u/s 313 is not elaborated in crpc. one cannot presume and answer as it depends upon the judge.
