main 2 baar news paper main parr chuka huin ke ke jub judge ne case ki final judgement sunaaiye to un satisfied party ne judge ke joota phenk ke maar diya. Agar koi paagal ye jurm karta hai to Iss jurm par sirf contempt or court lagegi ya or koi bhi section lagegi or us section ki punishment kitni hai.

Yes, one may be punished for contempt of court which may be fine and/or jail term upto six months;

besides, the police may also register a criminal case under IPC.

Sabse pahle to yah sabit karna hoga ki aisa karne wala pagal tha nahi to uske birudh contempt of court ke sath sath criminal case bhi chalega.
