1. In case of 306 IPC,on petition by complainant HC passed directions to SSP of district. After one year RTI application was filed seeking information about action taken by SSP based on that order. certified copy of that order was attached with RTI application.
2. SSP office gave their reply that they never received that order of High Court.
what can be done in this respect? I dont want to move to court directly, can any applicatin be iled throug registered post so that it can be found out who did this? wther it was a caeless mistake or done intentionally ad appropriate legal proceeding can be launched against them?

Re: judicial record missing
First of all check with the Registry of High Court about dispatch of the Order to SSP. Take details thereof and thereafter go and meet SSP personally to discuss and sort out things.
Re: judicial record missing
You should make a fresh representation to SSP alongwith a copy of High Court with a request to ensure compliance with High Court order.
It may be better to avoid futile litigation and focus on your objective.
Re: judicial record missing
You can find it out from registry whether SSP received the order copy or not. If not you can again apply to court to send the same.
