regarding jurisdiction

If the tax invoice does not mention the jurisdiction,

where buer & seller are registered dealer in the same state of kerala

but the correspondence for payment started from delhi as the seller who is staying in kerala is now staying at delhi

can he file criminal case of breach of trust/ fraud from delhi

with regards

the court in which jurisdiction the offence is committed will have jurisdiction to try the offence in criminal law.
