Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Kanpur police has charged 3 young boys for eve-teasing with N.S.A. too, what is the remedy as the accused are very young and come from a poor family.Richi and others charged by SHO. Harbansh Mohall . it hit the national news some months ago. I have complaint to the NHRC online which was registered but nothing came out.

Depends on sections under which boys were charged.
Sections for eve-teasing may not be serious one. In such case, consider plea bargain or probation.

NSA is not applicable but if the girl belongs to other country then it is possible.
