Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
If keeping two ration cards in the same name and at the same address is an offence, what penalty/punishment is levied? Can the person be prosecuted?

Dear Sir,
Yes it's an unlawfull act to possess the two ration card at same time, then revenue department of the concerned district ( prefferably D.C.) levy fine to you, and cancel any one among the two such cards. Ok ?
