Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Kindly help me to lodge a criminal case whom my father has held responsible when he did suicide on 26th April 2010 .

My father hanged himself in toilet room

My father had two wives . one mentally challenged wife having 2 daughters whom my father happily got them married and well settled in bangalore .

but elder daughter and her husband came to mumbai after 4-5 years and did legal case with false obligations against father in bandra high court , harrassing him mentally , used him for money and in end did legal case demanding more money and ruining his good name in society . My father couldnt believe his own daughter did this that too after getting them education . Her husband a goon also warned dad of fatal consequence to dads second wife and his two children .

Even after suicide also they put pressure on us and warned of killing us due to which we had taken aback for 3 months .So please guide us for filing case on them and other legal advace and putting them behind bars as we fear they will kill us for property . Dad had left a suicide note blaming his 1st wife , elder daughter and her husband for his consequence which is with police but the police also seems disinterested .

So please help . thank u

in case there is a suicide note blaming the accused persons and the police is not acting upon it, you may move approach the magistrate and file a criminal complaint impleading them as accused persons and in case the magistrate delays the process, you may approach the high court and file a writ petition.
