kya bahin(sister) apne bhai(brother) se under sec 125 crpc ke tahet maintainence mang sakti hai.

sister is not entitled to maintenance u/s 125 crpc from her brother but she can claim a share in the property left by their parents. read more on maintenance laws on my website www.karvai.in
