filed a criminal case against the
accusedfor the offences punishable
u/s 18(1),
29(1),(2),22(4),28(2),29(5) and
22(A) against the owner and
manager of a theatre, and both the
accused appeared before the court
and they are ready for plea guilt
whether the quantum of fine is
seperate, are they fined jointly?
