Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Hi. A lady is harrasing me by calling me from her mobile at different times like late nights and early morning, sending me threating messages and is also defaming me by calling my workplace, and abusing me, calling me prostitute and many other things. What legal action I can take against her?
