Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
A land property case was running in court. During the trial of case, they have sell and Registered the land to other party?. After registration, they have withdrawn the case from the court by showing false evidence/signatures that we compromised and shares were given to all eligible property holders?.
Then, we came to know the situation and filed a case in court? In this case what should be the punishment for the above things?. Once it is proven that the signatures are forged and submitted to court as genuine.
