Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I have a land having survey no-501,purchased in 1960, presently covered by boundary and another person having survey no-502, purchased in 1984, filed a case u/s 147 crpc for road from my plot during construction of my boundary stating for right of easement , although he has a narrow road from other side.
Plaintiff has not yet inaugurated his house and 2nd floor work is going on and non of his floor is completely ready for use i.e. finishing ,door & windows , various other works are pending even on ground floor.
What I have to do?
