Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

the landlady has been cross examined in chandigarh court.she gave statement that she has not filed this case.she has not filed any affidavit.she is not aware of the contents of the suit.moreover,she admitted that she has not claimed anything and did not issue receipt for rent taken by me.this is perfectly a case of frivolous suit.now,can i initiate perjury proceedings against her separately or in the same court.the landlady has harrased me a lot.i want to take revenge from her.also,please advice that to deposit admitted monthly rent in court treasury will benefit me or not.there is dispute between the rate of rent so far.the court has given provisional assessment of the rent.thanks.

it is advisable to deposit rent in the court as per the rent fixed by the court concerned. as she has admitted having no knowledge of the case and contents of affidavit, her case would be dismissed. you may choose to initiate perjury proceedings but before that, you must send the contents of affidavit via email to me at [email protected] for further advice.
