What is the difference between Crimal Procedures Code and Indian Penal Code

Criminal procedure code, lays down the procedure of conducting criminal trials. In contains within in it, the establishment of courts, their authority, jurisdiction manner of conduction trials etc.
Whereas, Penal Code is an Act, which prscribed punishment for an offence committed.
