is law equal for all in india?

if it is then why is there delay in justise for the crimnals like sanjay dutta. and why is so lenience in the case ofr salman khan for the crualty he had done.because there of big then the law or the law has no firm grip to hold the collar of this culprits of the society and nation the most

Law is equal for all. There was no delay. Quantum was so large that it took so much time. There is also no concession to both Sanjay Dutta and Salman Khan. Infact, both were awarded quite larger sentence then would have been awarded if they were not Sanjay or Salman.

Yes,law is equal for all.sometime it takes time due to procedure of trial that some time is taken place in delivering judgement.Equality in law does not mean that person, accused in criminal case should be denied from opportunities to defend himself.What is your authority to hold that the named persons are culprits?
