Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

one of the lawyers here on this forum Mr. Sanjay advised that in case the name of witness is not mentioned on the will and only signatures are done by the witness, the name of the witness can be written. my lawyer told me that in case i would have followed the advice, the genuine will would have become forged. how can a lawyer on this forum induce people to commit criminal offence. such lawyers would not only bring bad name to the site but also ruin other peoples' lives.

you must have been mistaken. no lawyer can suggest anyone to forge a document. you must have misinterpreted the advice. you may post the link to that suggestion so lawyers go through the same and make you understand. you may visit www.karvai.in to know more about criminal laws.

I dont know what information exchanged between you advocate Sanjay, but thats why I dont think detailed legal advise should be rendered in public. Another thing is when you are seeking free advise and several people are rendering it, there are high chances of misunderstanding which I guess is the case here.

What are you doing on this forum ,when you have a lawyer. Checking the intelilgence of your lawyer by taking free advice.People like you should be banned.Any way thanks guys for your support to your fellow lawyer.
