What is the law of parking in INDIA.If any person park our car adjacent/in front of my house.What legal action can I take in this regard?

Parking is a part of our 'civic responsibility'. Wrong parking is a traffic violation.

In your case, if some person commits a mistake, you may speak with him gently reminding him of his duty. If the mistake is repeated or the parking is obstructing your way, you may call for police for removal of the vehicle parked in violation of traffic rules.

If such parking is blocking your ingress and egress from house, take help from police to remove nuisance.

If area around your house is declared no parking area by police or local authority, ask that authority to tow away wrongly parked vehicles.
