law of pertnerships., inndian penal code

does the law of partnerships apply to doctors who have entered into a contract regarding the same? can the relevent sections of the indian penal code be enforced against the partner doctor who has performed a criminal breach of trust and cheating?

yes.partnership can be constituted in respect of any business but the condition is that there must be a partnership agreement and partnership must be registered.Yes you can take action against the erring partner for cheating & criminal breach of trust.

Yes the Law of Partnerships applies to Doctors also. All provisions of the Indian Penal Code also apply

Contract of partnership apply to anybody who entered into the same. If somebody committed an offence defined by relevant penal law, then he/she can be prosecuted. Penal provisions are independent.
