Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
MY in laws has been arrested along with main acused from last 4 days under IPC 307. at the time of fight my in mother in law were present far from the scene and my father in law were not at the scene but since victim has some long legal issue with my in laws he state their name along with main accused. the victim has suffer head injuries with some stitches. so far they have given two times PC. i want to know till how long PC could extend and what are the chances of getting bail.

Chances of bail depends on several factors.
