Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

my lawyer has demanded only 2500/- p.m for me though i hv strong prrof of my husband's income.lower court awarded 1000/- p.m...i appealed and got 3000/-p.m at sessons court...my husband appealed at highcourt..i got interim order of 2500/- p.m,...case is pending...cn i win this case ? proof were not noticed or exibited by lower court.

As per my experience you will get upto 2500/- PM coz ur demand was 2500 only in lower court. but you can get maintenance in other heads and ways from your husband.

on what basis you are saying that you should get the maintenance more than that awarded by the high court as per its interim order. in case you can prove that your husband has sufficient income, the the court has to arrive at a decision that the husband is duty bound to maintain his wife as per his own standards of life.
