Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
If Lawyer does not respond,provide with copiess of court orders and does not follow the requests for filing petition/amended petitions, while the mediator sitting on the court order taking adjourmments again & again and no intimation of the status of mediation. TS Case with element of criminal forgery pending in lower dist court fore 7 years .What are the legal options without the option of change of Lawyer.
