Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Hello lawyers
I have filled for maintenance under sec 125 crpc.For recovery of arrear maintenance i have filed for execution. My query is if on the day of payment fixed in the execution case i cannot remain present in court can my lawyer accept the check on my behalf or the opponent party can refuse to hand over the check to my lawyer?

Yes, surely, you lawyer may accept the cheque on your behalf.
