After how much time a rape case can be registered ( Though its a false case but lady is threatening to implicate some one)
Scenario is a married lady is found in some one's house 21 days after leaving matrimonial home with her father when husband tryied to contact them no answer from anyone then he tried himself and located her there who is not a relative either from husband's side or from wife's side. Husband called police both hus n wife taken to the police station both submitted their written stmt in which husband stated the real scenario but wife had put allegation of rape on her grownup stepson "My husband and stepson used to rape me by tying my hand and legs" there police made them compromise and taken compromise letter in writing. But still she is threatening that until she sends them in jail she will not relax.
What necessary steps needs to be taken by husband.
