Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I had left to Saudi in May�2012. She is residing in my house. My parents were living separate for last 18 years.
My wife filed a false IPC 498A, 323, 34 in Aug�2011, on me and my parents.
My lawyer said that warrant is issued on me.
My parents received summons today. Court hearing is due on 27thApr� 2012.
Suggestions please.

If your parents have already served with summons, they will be required to appear and defend themselves.
