Sir, I had been convicted on 27 Feb 2007 under IPC 304B and 498A & sentenced 10 years RI and 1 year RI resepctively. After two months eleven days, I have been released on permanent bail. Kindly let me that ''Can I apply for any government job?'' If yes, what matter should I disclose in filling up form for government job? Or what steps should I take with respect to my career [My educational qualification is MA (English), B.Ed]. Kindly guide me in details.

You need to check relevant rules of the jobs for which you would be applying. There is no general prohibition

Since you have been convicted under a criminal case for dowry death and been sentenced to 10 + 1 year RI, you would require to check the rules and regulations of any particular job. As far as all Govt. Jobs are concerned, you are not prohibited as you got a permanent bail, but still first check the rules. Secondly, while applying for any such job you might require to furnish the details of that criminal case and a copy of Permanent Bail Orders passed in your favor.
