what is value of legal notice in eyes of law

Can a person who is not advocate send/write a letter with heading legal notice to someone . what are consequances of such letter ,is it illegal.

Yes, anyone may send a legal notice it only has the connotation that the notice is as required by the law,if a lawyer does it he will be able to cover all the loopholes and see to it that the contents of the notice shall not backfire at a later stage to make ones case weaker.Thank You.

Yes anybody can issue a notice or legal notice. When a lawyer or an Advocate issues a notice or legal notice, he/she does so for and on behalf and on instructions of his/her client/s.

yes you can issue legal notice and there is no illegality in issuing legal notice by you.
