Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

What legal help can be provided to a man who has been lied and deceived by his partner (woman) and had been two-timing since the last 6 months?

I have been seeing a girl for the last 1.5 years and had made promises of love and a married life together. We are yet to get married. However, since the last 6 months, the girl has been seeing another man and have made the same plans with him. I have been paying bills, providing support etc. but in return I have nothing but deception and mental and physical agony and harrasment. Can the law help me? I beleive this is a case of fraud.

U can file a civil suit for damages under tort. In Criminal Law this can nbe a fit case of Criminal Breach of Trust.
