Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Legal question

The Institution has alloted same type of 6 quarters to the staff members.At the time of renovation ,the competent authority exercised his descretionary power by favouring their close ones irrespective of their low pay scales. The budget sanctioned for renovation had been divided among four quarters unequally.The other two quaters wre not taken care of. For such type of discrimination what legal action do you suggest ?

Your statement is incomplete. If the institution is a private body, there may no legal action possible. If it is a government institution, you may make a complaint to higher authorities before considering any legal action.

You should give the information about this discrimination to the higher Authority than the present one.And if you do not get satisfaction the action of the said authority then you can move before the high court under writ jurisdiction .

Approach Superiors or Govt. Failing any action by them, approach high court.

You may have to check with the management as to the distribution of the budget. If the budget was sanctioned equally by the management then you can report the act of the person incharge for renovating the quarters to the management. Or you can address your issue to the companies greivance cell.
