Legal remedy

I had taken a finance of Rs.300000.00 for 3months with 5% interest for business purposes in the name of company. I specifically asked them account payee cheque or DD but they paid cash for which i demanded his income tax details they assured I did not sign any papers for this transaction for want of IT details, then only i will sign for any commitment. On 10 January 2009 they came to collect the first instalment for which the cheque is ready but i insisted to give the detail and take the payment On 21.01.09 they came to my office at 1030am started abusing me using unparliamantary languages. Then at 12noon my wife called me up saying that two people along with some others forcibly entered the flat. I spoke to them to leave calmly Since my wife was alone and she was getting uneasy i informed 100 at 330pm and at 4pm the police came and took them to the Police station. the matter was completely changed and i became accused and they sent me to the PS of my office jurisdiction along with the two persons.There Inspector demanded Rs.6.9lakh.at 1030pm he took complaint and regd FIR and spoke to my wife ask to arrange Rs.6.9lakh otherwise I will be arrested that Iam in PSR.at 1amI forcibly give jewels and 4chqs whatis legal remedy
