Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

liability

The Company in which I'm working deals with Consumer durables and therefore enters with many dealers and distributors in many parts of the country to make the product available to the customers. Recently one of our ex dealer has given an advertisement to invite consumers to take the product of our competitor company by exchanging our product for free from his showroom without any intimation to us and clearly with no authority. Please guide us as to how to make him liable both under any civil law and criminal law.
