Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
hello,
I live in australia.I have lodge criminal complain in india.To support my statement i have submitted copy of bank statement as i lost original bank statement.Bank have given me a receipt that they have given me copy of bank statement.Will court accept copy of bank statement with receipt from bank that they have issued copy of bank statement?

yes, the copy of statement accompanied by original receipt is acceptable.
