Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I live in australia.In india i have lodge criminal complain.To support my statement i have submiited copy of bank statement from a bank in australia as i have lost original bank statement.Bank in australia has given me a receipt that they have given me copy of bank statement.Will court in india accept copy of bank statement from bank in australia along with a receipt from the said bank that they have given me copy of bank statement ?

yes, the court in india would accept the copy of bank statement accompanied by the receipt in original.
