Legal Question in Criminal Law in

I live in delhi with my wife and my family. My wife�s brother (Amjad Ali) went to abroad Saudi Arabia to do a job for two years. His wife (Farzana) filed an FIR against seven persons including me and my wife and rest of my in laws under sec 498A,307,149,323,148,149,504,506 ipc. from MUZAFFARNAGAR .U.P

ALL OF US WERE REALLY INNOCENT WHERE I DID NOT SEE AND MEET FARZANA A SINGLE TIME IN MY LIFE, And she blamed me to attack her with the knife in the demand of dowry.

When my father requests them for compromise, they challenged my father to get my life imprisonment. And they did not take the case bake.

I was arrested and had to stay 15 days in jail.The trial run for two year where .FARZANA did not mentioned her husbands name in the FIR.

In the argument FARZANA'S father told to the magistrate that we launched the fake FIR because my daughter�s husband AMJAD ALI went to abroad and we wanted him to come back.

FARZANA AND her mother told to the magistrate that FARZANA had fallen from the satires and got some wound, and found that situation is right to launch a fake FIR.

We won the case and released by the court. Now I want to take some strong legal action against FARZANA AND HER FAMILY. Please suggest me what can I do I this regard as I live in delhi and she live in muzaffarnagar up.

MY QUESTIONS ARE :

1.CAN I FILE DEFAMATION (499), FALSE IMPRISONMENT & MALICIOUS PROSECUTION (500) CASE AGAINST THEM FROM DELHI?

2.CAN I ADD IPC 116,182,120B,181,177,109 IN THIS CASE AS SUGGESTED ME BY A LAWYER?

Or u suggest me the better way.

unless i go through her f.i.r and evidence recorded by the court, it is not advisable to give any opinion in this matter. i need to determine whether she is guilty of perjury and defamation.
