Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

I am live in Uk from last 1 year and my wife was stayed at her parents house from last 1.5 years .. when i was in india we were living on rent ... me and my wife had done marriage without our parents in aryasamaj and notorised copy is also there in which that was mentioned that she came without any ruppees or jwellers from her parents house... now she files complain of 498a against me and my parents ... my parents currently in india they applied for anticipatory bail for that was rejected in sesson court as my wife's false argument that she was living with my parents when i am in UK.. what we should do now ? kindly suggest.. people saying that mostly sesson court rejects the anticipatory bail in 498a cases. kindly suggest .. what my parents should do.. ?

it is not correct that in every case anticipatory bail would be rejected. you have asked this question earlier also. In my opinion it is a good case for anticipatory bail. you may file anticipatory bail before the high court.
