Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I am have loan and credit cards in UAE now I am India the agents have traced me and saying they will file a case aganist me in India for recovery of debts . Can they file a case in India IF they can wht should i do cause i dont have a job .Please help me.

yes they can file in india for recovery, you have to defend the case and you have to arrange for the payment of liability

I have my doubts on the jurisdiction. because if the loan was disbused and credit cards were issued in UAE, there will be jurisdiction for claim in India. You can contest it on the ground of territorial jurisdiction. Of course they may file a case in UAE using your current address in India
