I took a loan of 12 lacs for a property in Union Bnak of India and later on i Found out that the House which i purchased was already under loan from some other bank to the seller and he sold it to me , for some personal reasons i ve not been able to deposit the installments for 2 months of the bank and after gettin to know abt this bank was telling me to file a complaint against the seller.. now if there wil be a court case how much guilty would i be found and what can be the offenses that can be against me as the property woudl be already disputed and the registry deed that was shown by seller at the time of purchase was also fake...im in a bad fix pls advice me some thing.

you need not to worry, simply lodge a complaint against that person who sold you property on fake papers.
