Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
The local court of Muzzaffarpur, Patna has issued me a arrest warrant u/s 406 IPC, but no summons was sent to me. I reside in Tamil Nadu. Can I obtain bail? How to fight against the case? I cannot travel to patna? I believe it is sent by my ex husband on third party's name? Please advice.
