Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I have lodge a FIR u/s. 420 of IPC against the customer who get finance to purchase vehicle by submitting forged document, after getting possession of vehicle from court shall i have right to withdraw the complaint for getting sale permission from court??

Section 420 IPC is compoundable with permission of court. You may apply to compound the case.
